Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact pharmonix01@gmail.com first; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including perishables, personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges require returning the original item and placing a new order. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days under the applicable cooling-off rules.
